How to sell on GeM?

  • To sell on GeM, Register yourself on the GeM portal.
  • List your products under specific product categories.
  • Once an order is received, deliver the product to the Consignee duly entering its details on the portal.
  • Once an order is successfully delivered, Consignee shall inspect / test the product for its conformity with contract specifications and issue acceptance / rejection through on-line CRAC.
  • After CRAC, buyer will process the bill and forward to paying authority for time bound payments

Please make sure your profile is 100% up with the following:

  1. PAN validation.
  2. Company details.
  3. Office Locations.
  4. Bank account details.
  5. eInvoice declaration.
  6. MSME / Udyam update.
  7. Startup details.
  8. Tax Assessment.
  9. DoE Order compliance.

Checklist of documents:

  1. Mobile number.
  2. Email ID.
  3. PAN.
  4. PAN copy of the key person.
  5. Aadhaar.
  6. Aadhaar copy of the key person.
  7. Company details and locations.
  8. GST Registration certificate.
  9. Bank Account details.
  10. MSME / Udyam Registration certificate.
  11. Startup India registration certificate.
  12. ITRs.
